Through animated storytelling, we will take you along the journey of Ramadan and what it's like to fast for a whole month while navigating work-life balance. Be prepared to ponder the resilience of Muslims during the month of fasting while gaining insightful perspective that will help you support your employees, colleagues, clients, patients and friends as they begin their Ramadan journey's.

Who should take part in this training?

We have created this training for anyone interested in learning how to contribute to an anti-oppressive workplace. This training is suitable for CEO’s, executives, department heads, EDI teams and general staff. This training is for any sector, including: health care sector, education sector, public safety sector, legal sector, shelter and gender-based violence sectors and so forth. We want to lessen the burden of Islamophobia on the average Muslim, whether they be your colleagues or clients. We are aiming to do this by addressing individuals in power so that from top-down, we can provide leaders the tools to contribute to an inclusive workplace

  • Through storytelling, learn what it is like to fast for a whole month through a myriad of life’s stages

  • Managing work-life balance while fasting

  • How to unlearn and deconstruct prejudice towards the Muslim community

  • How to be an ally to the Muslim community

  • Recommendations for an inclusive Ramadan workplace
